This appointment Scheduling tool like most of them offers the free version which they call basic and the payed more complex versions. The basic version allows you to do enough things that the free plan is already worth while

Now, whatever version you choose, the configuration process is very simple. Once you have set up your account, Calendly shows you a calendar where you will need to indicate your working hours and your role in the company. After that you can start scheduling appointments that can vary between 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

One of the things we like the most about this app is that it is synchronized with the most calendars such as iCloudCalendar, Google Calendar and Office 365 Calendar. Appointlet is a free and paid online appointment scheduling tool that allows its users to book appointments through the website, email or landing page. From the Appointlet page the availability of the team is established and the different members can be added to personalize their availability.

One of the advantages of this application is that you can control whether reservations are automatically confirmed and cancellation and rescheduling rules can be made for customers.
